− Well, they let the ducks swim in the pool for too long. I had texted the staff via the app, and they said they’d take care of it. However I ended up getting them out. Also the spa service, while nice, too many hidden fees to simply just get my nails painted. I wouldn’t do that again.

− Très cher. Nous avons eu à payer pour un lit d'appoint alors que la chambre était déjà réservée pour 5 (35 dollars). Et ils font payer le parking 40 dollars, un véritable scandale.

6.0− I booked a first floor room on booking.com and when I checked in I was told they cannot guarantee a 1st floor room and that was not right.
