The hotel does not quite live up to its 5-star rating.

− The room was dirty, a lot of dust, an old bathrobe was dirty and torn, the radiator was burning hot—with no way to turn it off, and a view into a small courtyard, looking toward the computers at the reception desk. The room didn't match the photos, overpriced for what it is.
Such a classy but homey space in the city.

10.0The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and went above and beyond to assist in anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well equiped and the location was everything we could have hoped for. The beds were super comfy and the food at Jansz was incredible. We would definitely come back to the Pulitzer!

10.0This is our favorite hotel in Amsterdam, with a perfect location, great service, interesting connected buildings, great rooms, best breakfast and very nice lunch or dinner options in the hotel or nearby. Best starting point to explore Amsterdam by canal, bike or foot.

Dogs are allowed up to 10 KG (knee height). They are not allowed in public area's, only in the room. Additional cleaning fees are 50 EUR per night.
Please note that the Classic and Deluxe rooms are not able to accommodate an extra bed. Only the Executive room can accommodate up to 1 extra bed.
