3.0The cleanness of the room was good.
− Did not care for their buffet and location of the beach. The waves were too rough for kids. Their pool needs repairs. They tile on their pool have sharp ends. My kid was cut by one of them.

4.0− I payed for a ocean view and did not get the view and had false what was advertised and only received a excuse im very disappointed and dont wanna go back in the future because I paid extra for a normal room that was a view to the pool and other rooms on the app it showed me a whole different room then what I expected we also had problems with the air and was hot and the bathroom the water stopped working and when it did work there was no worm water and when it came it would be on and off
