Comfort in Franklin
10.0This is truly the best hotel in the area. From driving up to the front door for the valet parking to the door being open for me being led directly to the person I needed to see quick check-in. A very comfortable room, nice beds and a balcony, turn down service. The works, everything was top notch.

8.0We spent three nights and didn't want to leave! Quiet, comfortable, friendly and beautiful! Wouldn't hesitate to return!
Cant sleep because of elevator noise
2.0I didn’t sleep at all! Even with earplugs! The elevator noise is so loud and won’t STOP!!! I even took sleeping pills. I don’t understand with such a beautiful hotel they would have the loudest elevators! We have stayed in some not so great hotels for our son’s baseball trips and never heard the elevator this bad! Husband asked me “would you come back to his hotel?” Yes, but as far away from the elevator as possible!! Did I mention we are in a suite and with rates so high this should not happen.
