4.0Es un lugar muy bonito en cuanto a su jardín pero me parece que el personal aunque es muy amable no está capacitado para prestar servicios de hoteleria. Me asignaron una habitación que a simple vista era limpia, sin embargo en las sábanas había un alacrán que me picó a las 3 de la madrugada, como no cuentan con teléfono en las habitaciones salí a buscar ayuda y todo estaba apagado y no encontré a nadie que pudiera ayudarme hasta que busque en internet y encontré un número telefónico, al llamar me respondió una persona que dijo que estaba en Querétaro y cuando comente lo que ocurría solo me respondió que lo quitara y ya. Al final pude comunicarme con el encargado quien me asignó una nueva habitación que tenía dos camas individuales y muy incómodas además de que los muebles estaban bastante deteriorados y a la mañana siguiente no hicieron limpieza de la habitación, al volver a comentar esa situación solo me respondieron que lo tomarían en cuenta. También debo comentar que en la reservación dice que incluye desayuno y este son solo chilaquiles y café sin alguna otra opción y no hay menú para niños. Si se desea permanecer en la alberca se deben pedir alimentos y bebidas de fuera porque el lugar no brinda ese servicio.
