Thankfully restful after a stressful evening.
9.0Breakfast was incredible, wide selection of food and drinks. Rooms were fairly spacious and the lobby was beautiful.
− Interior rooms have very large windows that face the lobby, which can lend itself to less privacy. Easily avoidable by asking for an exterior room, but we weren't aware of the room orientation.

5.0I liked the staff at the reception desk. A beautiful lobby. But the room...
− Dirty curtains, a dirty hairdryer, and a stain on the duvet; the room wasn't cleaned even once during my two-day stay. The room with the balcony was on the second floor, right above the staff smoking area, so it was noisy. There was trash outside the rooms.
Great staff
10.0Absolutely great staff-- from the server in the restaraunt (I can't recall her name but she had a boot on her foot likely due to an injury). She was so kind and pleasant with my family, especially considering we had a baby. Really enjoyed our service with her. I also purchased some snacks from the pantry and dealt with the woman at the front desk (Perhaps her name was Jen but she had short hair with curls on top). She was super professional, kind, prompt.
