Comfortable spotless room but no staff and don’t expect a proper breakfast
8.0Very clean and almost new room on the ground floor which was great for me as I have a leg problem. Comfortable bed. Quiet area in spite of location close to the airport. Shared communal area to make coffee.
− No physical staff on site and fiddly system to get access all done online. If I had known this before i paid I would not have chosen this guest house. However online queries were dealt with quickly. Also as I have a leg problem I could not walk from the vaporetto and airport so each journey had to be by taxi. They have a minimum charge of €20 each way which is a shame as I would say it is only 15 minutes walk. There is also left luggage options in the airport so fit people could easily do this walk. Breakfast is non existent - 2 wrapped croissants and crackers. Better not to offer breakfast.
