Goed gelegen, maar niet tevreden over de faciliteiten en afwezigheid van personeel tijdens ons verblijf.
3.0Het was goed gelegen. Het lag dicht bij het oude centrum en openbaar vervoer. Er was airconditioning wat wel nodig was in de zomerperiode om af en toe wat af te koelen.
− Ons verblijf van 4 nachten was helaas teleurstellend. Vanaf de eerste dag hebben we gemeld dat het water vanuit de regendouche een VERSCHRIKKELIJKE geur verspreidde. We konden enkel de doucheslang gebruiken, die bovendien ook lekte. We vroegen de manager om een oplossing (reparatie, andere kamer of compensatie), maar kregen gedurende ons hele verblijf geen enkele reactie. De receptie was enkel bemand bij het inchecken. Daarna hebben we er nooit meer iemand gezien. Ook werd niet vermeld dat het ontbijt zich verderop in de straat bevond, waardoor we dit zelf moesten uitzoeken. Het "ontbijt" stelde bovendien weinig voor: enkel een koffie en een koffiekoek. Als je rond 9 à 9:30 aankomt, zijn de koeken al op en wordt er geen alternatief voorzien. Bij het inchecken vroegen we of we na het uitchecken onze koffers veilig konden achterlaten. Door de afwezigheid van personeel en het gebrek aan communicatie hadden we hier echter geen vertrouwen in. Complete afwezigheid van service en het negeren van onze melding. We kunnen deze accommodatie niet aanbevelen.

− Não é como nas fotos, casa de banho bastante degradada, o duche fica entupido. Na cozinha não tem os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. Mosquitos e moscas em todo o lado. Local muito difícil para fazer check in porque não tem placas a indicar que é no 4.º andar. Oferecem pequeno almoço num café perto, dizem que abre às 8h mas só servem a partir das 9h.
