We got what we paid for.

− The place is run down. It has a horrible odor when you walk into the place. We booked online, they wouldn't provide the correct room until I provided proof of two queen room. We had to go purchase soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Luckily the front desk has towels and trash bags. But our room wasn't set up at all and we got what we paid for.
The staff was very professional.

8.0Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was close to many restaurants, outlet mall, Mall of America, and interstate access.
− Breakfast was same day after day. Tables were unsteady. Many guests played radios or phones loudly.
