− The toilet seat needed to be e fixed and the blinds in the shower needs to be replaced or find another solution. It was on the wet floor making it look dirty

8.0Staff were particularly helpful. Bought tickets for us to go to the Vivendra Rock as we couldn't buy them ourselves online and queues were astronomical to get tickets. Also later checkout at midday was really helpful as this allowed us adequate time to visit the Rock and come back to our room and freshen up before checkout.
