− The Keurig coffeemaker didn't work in the room. The carpet in the hallway looked beat up and not cared for. For an old person, (and I am), having two remotes for the TV was confusing.
I will never come back here there’s bedbugs.

− Hated having a room with a window looking into the pool. We couldn't fall asleep because of the noise and bright light coming through the shade.
