9.0This is a really good quality hotel at the heart of Roppongi. I travelled for work and the location was perfect. The room size was very good for Tokyo standard..:) Very comfy beds, an excellent bathroom with both bath and shower, all very nicely appointed and 100% clean. Wonderful breakfast on 14th floor, with great views over Tokyo. Really friendly staff.
− My room was on the second floor (I asked for a low floor), but there didn't appear to be the options of taking the stairs to go up. So a bit of waiting with the elevators each time. But that is of course a really small item...:) Also, the small work table was handy but not suitable if you need to do any serious work in the room.
