10.0Really Clean and A/C was great on a very hot day
Might consider staying again, but if I have to uber anyway, I can look at other options.
10.0Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities that I was looking for.
− I was confused about the location. Would be great if the same pod that took me to terminal 5 could have brought me to the Thistle. I didn't get to enjoy a breakfast as my flight left too early. Found the directions to get to the pod a little vague.
As a last resort it’s fine, but if you don’t have to, don’t stay here!
5.0The pod getting to the hotel was fun. Location is helpful
− Check in machines failed, so reliant on the staff, who seemed to find this task beyond them. Breakfast opens far too late for early morning travellers. No lift so carrying bags upstairs was not ideal. Room was clean but not soundproofed (at all) and extremely noisy Aircon.
Great value - don't be put off by the look of the building (inside and out)
