Good & Relaxing Stay
8.0Decent hotel for a short stay in Lucknow . The staff was extremely attentive to our needs and were well prepared to receive us promptly got a call one day in advance to check if we were coming and what time are we expected to reach
− The towels etc can be slightly more fresher and the food range for breakfast can be better
It was expensive for the place and needs to be more value for money
7.0The staff was very congenial and responded immediately to all requests. The room was neat, although deep cleaning of the room is required. The food was healthy, well presented and tasty. The comfort, safety and attentiveness was top quality.
− The amount charged by the hotel was more than promised by booking.com. There was a lack of coordination regarding the discounts promised by booking.com. repetitive reminders were required and even then it was not catered to completely.

1.0Nothing. The sheets were so so dirty and stained. There was hair all over. And even the ceiling was smudged with something like poo.

− The breakfast was not varied and the food was not delicious. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and the bed was only made and the trash was left in the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned
