Comfortable and good value option adjacent to the M6.
6.0Location, room size and comfort, staff were pleasant and welcoming.
− They have a very irritating system of requiring electronic room cards to open the doors between floors and on several occasions the card failed leaving us stranded in the staircase area with nowhere to go. Banging on the door eventually brought a room maid to open it. Either stop this practice (the outer doors are locked anyway so non-guests can’t get in) or make sure it works properly. Nice spa facility but hot tub not working during our visit.

The hotel restaurant may require advance reservation in December, due to Christmas functions. Bar snacks will be available in the conservatory area, as an alternative.
Please note that the hotel has a marquee and occasionally guests can hear the noise from functions until approximately 12:30 a.m.
