2.0We checked in. Hallway to room smelled horrible. Went into our room. Disgusting. Room smell. Baseboard falling off the walls. Sheets old, dingy snd had tears. A/C did not work correctly. Went to office for a refund. They did not hesitate to refund our money.

1.0The staff was ok but they have a totally digital service at check in and the owner could invest more money in the remodeling.
− Was double charged not once but twice and still haven't received the refunds. The family also owns the Quality inn there in Florence. That one seemed to be Cleaner.
Close to the worst place I have ever stayed in and would not meet anyone's standards
1.0It was so bad didn't even consider breakfast
− The bug infestion the worn and dirty furniture and the filthy carpeting plus the people loitering outside the unlocked hotel doors
