6.0During check in they gave me a card to get in the room, told me to park around at the back and come through the side door. However they didn’t give me a key to get in the door. Fortunately another person came by and let me in and told me to get a key from the front desk. The rooms air conditioner was on high and quite cold, although there is a thermostat in the room it doesn’t seem to work. We were unable to turn the air conditioner down.
