5.0Bed was comfortable, shower was great
− No room cleaning was done. I had to request clean towels twice and had to ask to have my trash removed. Woman that works 3-11 was very kind and was the only housekeeping person to rocked towels and remove trash. Room was too small for two people.

6.0Accomodated us when our flight was delayed. We checked out and used shuttle service and ended up back at room for 4 more hours. Gentleman at desk very helpful on July 12.
− Sheri at checkin seemed annoyed she had to be there and deal with people.
We definitely will use it again next time we visit family in upstate NY.
9.0This was a fantastic hotel close to the Albany Airport We enjoyed walking in the near by Crossings Park and dinner on Wolf Road. We stayed there specifically because we had a very early flight out the next day. Thank you
