the service was terrible. When I checked in the fellow was rude. He tried to turn me away and send me to the Sandman rig
2.0This was overall a horrible stay I have never had an experience of the sort, and I live in hotels for work. I am extremely disappointed in dissatisfied
Terrible Stay at Travelodge – Cold, Dirty, and Uncomfortable
2.0I am totally dissatisfied with Travelodge Hotel. I stayed there for one night, and it was disgusting and gave me a headache. The property is very old and dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the blankets were unusable. When I entered the hotel room, it was freezing cold. The heaters in every room were not working properly. I called the front desk, and the staff came to switch on the heater. I waited for 30 minutes, but the room was still cold. I went back to the front desk to request a room change, but the new room was just as bad—cold, dirty, and uncomfortable. No services were provided at all. I was very thirsty and couldn’t even find a bottle of water. Later, while my girlfriend and I tried to sleep, there was constant disturbance—someone was knocking and making noise throughout the night. We couldn’t sleep at all. In the end, I wasted my money. The next day was completely ruined because I was exhausted and dizzy from not sleeping.
