Nasty hotel
2.0The hotel itself is ok looking however the staff are unhelpful. I had an issue with the A/C in the room which made so much noise i could hardly sleep. After reporting nothing was done until check out all the receptionist could say was sorry! They apparently couldn’t give me single room even after informing them prior that my booking changed from twin room. Breakfast is also very mediocre. Overall i wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here.
Great stay!
10.0we went to Londin Ontario wirh family, attending a memorial service. The rooms were clean and convenient, the bed was wonderful! Showers were great. An excellent breakfast served with humor and personal attention by ROSE!!

− Unresolved issues i.e. noisy aircondition that i reported but nothing was done. I barely slept both nights. All the receptionist could say was sorry 🙄 Breakfast is very mediocre
