Though this was the lower cost/night hotel, building and accommodations were bit less than expected.
5.0Parking was adjacent the room. Freeway noise was minimal to none (room located on the back side of the hotel). The bed, linens, and towels were clean and fresh. All appliances functioned.
− Check in was very disorganized and lacked professionalism - no welcome from the concierge, person left the office to find an available room for a guest already there, second office person made no effort to initiate check-in or excuse/explain the delay. Noise could clearly be heard from activity (very very personal) and conversations from above and adjoining rooms. Though a non-smoking room, a very noticeable cigarette smoke odor permeated the room.

− La limpieza casi todo estaba bien, solo la bañera estaba muy tapada y sucia, la llave no funcionaba bien , la piscina no estaba en servicio

− Tv didn’t work, swimming pool wasn’t open. Shower curtain rod was hanging dangerously. The tub did NOT drain.
Great value, beware of showers.
7.0Room was clean, beds were clean, room served its purpose, staff was friendly and accommodating. Fridge was super helpful for storing my medicine.
− Breakfast left something to be desired, but better than nothing. Main complaint was my shower didn’t work. Broken handle and super finicky. Could not get it to work.
