10.0Very easy to check in, the room was clean and set up nice when we got in. It’s very convenient if you need somewhere to stay for a bit, you could probably walk to some restaurants or places in the area. No issues with anything, would stay again!

2.0On check-in, the front desk was not prepared for my reservation. Gave me 2 rooms. Upon entry of the first, roaches scattered both on the AC unit and in the bathtub. The manager said he would have it cleaned. I insisted on a new room. He acted as if that was a problem. I left to go to my business destination and came back at approximately 11 p.m. The parking lot was almost full, not a problem but as we were parking, 3 men were going from car to car looking in windows and checking door handles. I left! I am VERY disappointed in Expedia being associated with this type of establishment. Therefore, I cannot trust Expedia anymore and will remove the app from my phone and never use it again. You certainly wasted my money and time with this establishment being on your list.
