6.0I was a bit disappointed with the Cortez Cozy Inn. 1) the swing bar door lock had been ripped off the door frame and was gone 2) multiple electrical outlets were so worn out that devices plugged into them would fall out due to the weight of the power cord 3) free breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00. At 7:05 the breakfast area was dark and locked up. I assume the person responsible for setting out breakfast did not show for work. Overall a decent budget hotel that appeared to need some maintenance and had some staffing problems.
