10.0The property was clean the staff was friendly and I was honestly pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed my stay. It was a last minute booking for parents weekend, and the price was affordable unlike other properties in the area. I will be staying here again in the future.

10.0The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it showed some signs of needing some minor attention (the vent in the bathroom was rusted. The location was great and we had no issue getting a Lyft to get to the FSU game. This was a great value for money.

8.0Check in was terrible, took almost 30 mins because they only had one person checking people in. And the person being checked in was taking forever. Huge line formed.
