Sub par service and amenities!
6.0The resort is located in a very pretty island but sadly they can’t provide with the amenities and service that is required of a resort charging the rate for a luxury resort. I stayed here for my honeymoon and their WiFi never worked. The coffee maker and other equipment in the room are just for decoration so don’t expect them to work. The hair dryer didn’t work. The TV had parental lock password. The staff had no clue about how to help us with these matters and acted surprised when we were asking for help as if it is not their job and we were asking for too much. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are expecting standard services.
