10.0اعجبني الطاقم كانو ودودين جدا وكل الذين اختلطنا بهم من مروان بالروم سيرفس وسميرة وشروق ويوجرتا وهشام ومحمد وفاتح وامير وعبد الرحمن وحكيم وياسين ومحمد ونبيل والكثير الذين التقيت بهم بالفندق كلهم كانو ودودين وطيبين والانترنت جيد فيه والطعام جيد والحمام السباحة كان جميل بالاضافة ان الفندق يقدم خدمات كثيرة وهو بجوار حديقة الحامه
− زعجني شي واحد ان الريسبشن قام بتكليف احد العمال ليخبرني انه بحاجة الى دفعة ضمان لانهم قامو بغسل ملابسي رغم انهم لم يخبروني انهم بحاجة لدفعة ضمان بالريسبشن وبعد ان بعثت ملابسي اخبرني الموظف باللاندري انهم اخبروها ان يخبرني اني يجب ان ادفع لغرض تقديم الخدمات حسسني الموضوع بوقتها كانه اني سااهرب مقابل اجرة غسل الملابس اتصلت بالريسبشن واخبرتهم لماذا لم تخبروني ولماذا تخبرو الموظف بذالك كان بامكانكم الاتصال بي اعتذرو ولكن لم يكن الموضوع لطيف

− Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement. Dès le premier soir, lors de notre dîner au restaurant buffet, nous avons été surpris par le manque d'accueil et de convivialité du personnel. Le chef s'est montré particulièrement hautain, et nous avons eu le sentiment d'être constamment observés, ce qui a rendu ce moment très inconfortable. Par la suite, le directeur de la sécurité ainsi que certains membres du personnel se sont adressés à nous d'une manière que nous avons perçue comme condescendante et arrogante. Ce comportement est indigne d'un hôtel qui se revendique 5 étoiles. J'avais choisi cet établissement pour offrir à ma mère sa première expérience dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Malheureusement, cette expérience l'a profondément déçue et a complètement gâché l'image qu'elle s'en faisait. Le standing d'un hôtel ne se mesure pas uniquement à ses installations, mais surtout à la qualité de son accueil, au professionnalisme de son personnel et au respect accordé à chaque client. C'est précisément ce respect qui nous a fait défaut durant notre séjour. Je ne reviendrai pas dans votre établissement et je ne le recommanderai pas. J'espère sincèrement que vous prendrez ce retour en considération afin que d'autres clients n'aient pas à vivre une expérience similaire.
