Fantastic location, amazing staff, and great amenities!
8.0Loved our 2-night stay at Crystal Lodge this July! The location in Whistler Village is unbeatable—walking distance to everything. Our room was super clean, quiet, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and great AC. A special mention to Billy at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful, and we loved the complimentary lobby drinks every afternoon! Only small downside was that one of the two elevators was broken, which made waiting for the remaining lift quite slow (took 15 mins once when we had luggage). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!
Perfect location
10.0This was a beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Whistler Village.. Perfect location and great value. The staff were warm and all our needs taken care of.
Wheelchair Accommadation and Excellent Service!
10.0I stayed in the handicap accessible room because I use a wheelchair. The bed was too high, but I only had to request that the bedframe be rmoved and this was done in under an hour. The rool-in shower was easy to navigate and worked well after i transferred to the shower seat (which was attached to the wall). The staff really went out of their way and took great care of me and my wife. I will definitely stay at Crystal should I come back to Whistler!

8.0We really enjoyed our stay in Whistler, and the hotel was very nice and in an excellent location. The gym is a bit of a closet room, but we were there to enjoy the outdoors activities so it didn’t matter.
Wonderful Staff, Ideal Location, Dog friendly
10.0we go every year for an annual hockey tournament. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. This year we had to bring our puppy and it was so nice that he was welcome into the hotel. Location is excellent as it right in the village, close proximity to everything. Loved having a full kitchen to cook as I have a number of allergies and eating out is always a challenge.
