6.0It was an overall okay experience. The water is fabulous, crystal clear and warm. However, the sand beach is limited and therefore crowded and loud. There are other parts in the property that are less crowded but no sand in the water, it’s all rocks. Also, dining in the main room, la terrazza, is so messy, no tables ready, no napkins, no cutlery, glasses, just chaos. Luckily enough we found the other buffet, la Roca, which has limited options but quiet. We discovered we could only book 3 restaurants for a 6 nights stay only when there and my husband got sick from something he ate during an excursion booked with the resort (1 more person got sick as well from the same trip). People are expecting tips even when not necessary. Staff is just on their own time and feels like you are not a priority, many times they had an attitude that wasn’t welcome!

4.0No se limpia los pasillos de las habitaciones, vasos, platos y cubiertos sucios que quedaban mas de 24 hs en las escaleras. Persoal de cocina poco amable Ante un gracias no responden u eso es cuestion de educacion y respeto. Alimentos poco varladosEs lamentable es la tercéa vez que voy y se nota una decadencia. Es una pena ya que es una de las mejores playas que conozco. Saludos
