Love the hotel! Highly recommended!

Location wise it can’t get more central, at the end of the bustling street that turns into a shopping pedestrian walk at night. There are some good restaurants around, such as the popular suckling pig place across the road. There are also agencies around the area to make travel bookings. The lobby offers complimentary drinks. The lounge wakes up every night to live singing, but the Japanese restaurant was closed at the time we were there. Our stay included a huge breakfast buffet spread. Our rooms were comfortable although maybe a little worn down at parts, nothing that bothered us. Rates are very reasonable too and so are the drinks at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Super central location to stay for shop till you drop in Hat Yai

Superb unbeatable central location, within stone’s throw to easy shopping and food in classic central Hat Yai. E-hailing transport is easy, a few junctions away from Kim Yong market and more! Hotel is also offering good price for food though I did not try. Room is decent, aged but still desirable. Lobby staffs are courteous and accomodating.

− Bit run down. Sound proofing not the greatest with regards to outside traffic noise. Water pressure not the greatest. “Central” aircond can be a tad erratic. But no major deal breaker here so give and take it’s alright!

Handy for shopping and food at night market

Location very good. Staff kind and helpful. Good price.

− Not a 4 star hotel. It’s an average 3 star. Old. Needs refurbishing. Smelly hall ways. When you arrive it is not obvious where the entrance to the hotel is because there is no reception, just 2 elevators. When you get in the elevator there is no information which floor reception is ! It’s on the 6th floor ! The singer in the reception area was awful (tone deaf). There was a big black hair on the bed. During the night other doors in the hall way were slamming loud. In the morning other doors in the hall way were slamming loud. The owners and management of this property have some work to do.

Locations near a lot of attractions

− Linen, towel are too old. I think it is time to change the pillow and mattress. It retained some smells. Make it worth for money.

工作人员很热情，服务很好，早餐种类多，味道不错。地理位置优越，晚上有夜市，附近两家7-11，靠近商场，周边药店也多，买东西很方便。

− 过敏人群慎入，房屋潮湿有霉味，空调吹出一股味，我和朋友都有鼻炎和过敏，进屋喉咙和鼻子就不舒服。躺在床上皮肤就开始痒，最后和衣而睡，但是裸露在外的皮肤还是过敏长疹子了。地域潮湿，空调灰大，窗户不能开的问题吧！（照骗！图片很新，内里很旧，同等价格可以选其他更好的！）
