De ruime kamer het uitzicht en het zeer vriendelijke personeel

− Arrivati in camera il divano letto non era aperto per la terza persona. Alla chiamata in reception ci dicono di aprirlo perché tanto era pronto. Abbiamo aperto a trovato sul materasso dell’intimo femminile USATO. Subito abbiamo fatto salire un membro dello staff in camera che ci ha detto che ci avrebbe spostati. Peccato che non ci fossero altre camere disponibili (noi peraltro avevamo prenotato e PAGATO una suite) e quindi ci propone di andare nell’altro loro hotel. Chiediamo ESPRESSANENTE che sia il livello della camera che quello dell’hotel siano gli stessi e lei ce lo assicura. Ci paga il taxi per l’altro hotel (visto che ormai avevamo pagato il parcheggio). Arrivati nell’altro hotel verifichiamo che non era sicuramente allo stesso livello e la camera non ne parliamo. Non una suite, un buco con i letti in un’unica stanza. Erano ormai le ore 22 e non potevamo fare altro. Abbiamo inviato una mail chiedendo spiegazioni e non ci hanno mai risposto. Chiesto tramite Booking il rimborso della differenza di prezzo tra la tipologia di camere e loro ce l’hanno negato. Incommentabili.

Hello, I am Yulia and I have visited Hotel Renoir in the middles of July for 3 nights and would Like to share my excellent experience in this hotel: 1 Location - 3 min walk from the Cannes Gare train station, and 15 min slow walk to the main Le Croisette promenade, however on the way you are catching all brand boutiques and designer stores - I really loved it! 2. The hotel customer service was excellent - reception lady Ladin was very friendly, helpful and attentive to my requests. 3. My room was spacious along with the bathroom, towels and bathrobes were very soft and white, fresh and I think brand new. The room was cleaned and very well taking care of on a daily basis. 4. During my stay I had my BD and Ladin arranged balloons. 🎈, bottle of champagne and complimentary breakfast - that was so unexpected and pleasant. Overall I was very happy to stay at this hotel and I know what is great customer service as I live in Dubai and we are spoiled there with it. Thank you 🙏 and I highly recommend Hotel

It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

The hotel is located near the train station and the center, with immediate access to shops and the beach - 10 min. The hotel is nice, but needs a refresh. I liked that every day they cleaned the room, made the beds, changed the bed linen and towels. The air conditioning worked very well.
