The hotel was in a great location and everything at the property made the stay extremely comfortable. The spa facilities and indoor pool were great. One us were sick and needed special meals and the kitchen staff and chef were really helpful and accommodated to our requirements.

− While all the staff members were great, the front desk staff were largely unresponsive and uncooperative. They shared a 'preference form' prior to our check in which asked us for what fruits we'd like in our room - given that one of us was sick we asked them for certain fruit to be kept in our room. But they never cared to honour that request. They specifically wrote that we wanted a newspaper every morning but we were given no newspapers. We shared our World of Hyatt membership number, but our membership number was not reflected in our final invoice. We gave our pre-authorization for our credit card at the front desk, but we were asked to pay out of pocket for several services. Lokesh at the front desk dealing with us was not professional owing to all the above issues which made the visit slightly disappointing. But overall each of the other staff members were great to deal with.

Horrible, horrendous and insulting.

− It was a horrible experience. The moment I entered they told me to pay uo for the rooms and I gave them my Amex Card. Their machine was faulty and the payment was not going through. Instead of accepting the fault, they said that your card has been declined. In my opinion, raising a question on a client's credibility is the biggest disrespect a hotel like HYatt can show towards its clients. Thereafter they took me to the room and I was understanding the mechanism of the balcony and the balcony got shut due to some reason. Insttead of getting it repaired, the staff was quick to say that "you have spoilt it." That was never the case as another staff came and he opened it with ease. The story does not end here. After I had my dinner and I signed the cheque on the room, I received a call at 11:30 in the night when I was sleeping that you need to pay right now for the dinner. I was shocked. The dinner bill was for 5700/- and they could hold it until the next morning. They had to disturb the guest in the middle of the night. My card was well accepted the next day as the machine was repaired by then but my mood was completely spoilt as they had raised a question on my credibilty which is huge for me. They did not have the decency to correct their mistakes and they were not at all apologetic.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was absolutely wonderful. Nestled amidst beautiful pine forests and breathtaking mountain views, the property offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay extremely relaxing. The hospitality was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent, and the overall ambiance of the resort was warm and serene. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but the team ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the stunning location to the outstanding service, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. We left with beautiful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dharamshala and looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. ❤️🏔️✨

The place itself has pool, central heating, steaming, good location and beautiful BUT

− It’s all becomes useless because the staff work always HORRIBLE at that place. It’s not service, but Antiservice …. With many many situations and members of the stuff. The bottles with water are dirty so I had a stomach disorder for a month
