A classy and beautiful place and good value
9.0The house is characterful and very comfortable with an excellent pool and BBQ area. Most of all the views over the coast are phenomenal. Nisaki is a lovely area and the closest beach a top class place to spend the day. with good bars and restaurants and boat rentals.

7.0This villa had the best view ever! The pool was also very clean and nice. The barbecue wa also a big plus: nice view, there's a fridge next to it and it's well equiped. Note that you need to clean it yourself when leaving.
− The bad: the living room (with a super nice view) has NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! You basically can't use it as it gets crazy hot!! Additionally, big bummer here, there was no internet... in 2023 maybe this was due to the fires, but beware. Also read carefully: in the rooms, the AC will only work for 10 hours/day.
Penelope provides an excellent holiday property and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

9.0We loved it. The view was great. The pool was nice. There is a lot of space around/in the house, so even with a max number of guests, you can still enjoy your privacy and feel comfortable.
− Having more TV options would be better. I had to install the amazon prime app to watch some things of interest. Lots of vasps and mosquitos around, so it would be really helpful to have net mosquitos on the doors/windows.

− We had some issues with mosquitoes and wasps. They pinched us. Some mosquito nets on the doors and windows would be useful.
