8.0El aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones es fantástico! La piscina ideal para una familia como la nuestra.
− Creo que algunos electrodomésticos necesitan un recambio, la nevera está bastante oxidada. Y el sofá no es demasiado cómodo.

− Por decir algo, diría que podrían cambiar la TV es muy antigua no tiene ni HDMI ni YouTube para poder poner ni música.

9.0Excellent location. Felt really comfortable in the villa & it’s surroundings. Kids loved it too. Communication with the host was spot on. Would 100% return.
− Only snag was the fridge. The door was rusty & did not cool items particularly well so had to flit between using the freezer at first. Really could do with replacing.

− Needs a bit of attention sunbeds broke while in use my sister hurt her leg due to rotten sunbeds beds are not very comfortable toilet smells doesn’t appear to be fixed to floor properly

− Tired and dated inside, bathrooms basic, fittings hanging off the wall, tiles missing, shower curtain Bedrooms basic and need decorating/warming up kitchen needs updating, broken drawers, fridge warn and dirty General condition of decoration throughout poor swimming pool not cleaned once during our 11 day stay, tiles missing in pool, surround dirty Overall basic and disappointing compared to other Menorcan Villas

6.0Close to amenities and the pool was excellent.
− For a relatively small investment the property could have more modern kitchen equipment and a new tv. Granted, most people don’t go on holiday to watch tv, but the Euros football tournament was on and the tv was like a computer monitor.
