− Habían sábanas rotas, la habitación sucia y con respecto al personal 0 servicial.

4.0Cuando entré no había toalla para secar el cuerpo me tocó pedir. Y nunca tuve agua caliente. Estaba dañado el caldero.
Hotel bien ubicado pero con muy mal servicio.

− El personal muye desatento. Además, el último día no hubo agua caliente en todo el hotel y no se obtuvo ninguna solución al respecto.

Bom hotel, embora funcionários precisem ser mais educados
7.0Café da manhã bom. Localização longe do aeroporto, mas próxima a bares e restaurantes.
− Os funcionários não são educados, não falam inglês e não fazem questão de nos entender. O quarto é totalmente fechado, não tendo ar e ventilador (janelas vedadas). Academia não tem praticamente nada.
