8.0Check in was the only friendly person I met the rest of the time nobody says hi looks up acknowledges you, front desk is not staffed anytime I was there you get exactly one bottle of water to check in that is it if you are a bon voy Elite member. Nice pool small workout area. Typical Hotel free breakfast. You do not get a room refresh.
