Parking staff And those working in the coffee shop were exceptional. Stacy was spectacular.

− All the surprise additions to the bill upon checkout, many surprises Also, if you wanted a lounge chair with any cushion, you had to rent it. At the pool. And there were most days never enough of the ones without cushions. Definitely nickel and dime everything No coffee maker or microwave room was a disappointment

2.0Booked a room because we were seeing a show nearby. The show was canceled because of a storm that was scheduled to hit the area with high winds, flooding, and even a tornado watch. The show was rescheduled from 7/18 to 7/19. We called to cancel and they told us, since you booked it through a third party- you have to talk to them. They tried to help, but they told us that in order to get a refund- we would have had to cancel by 7/9/26. Why would we cancel then? The storm changed our plans on the 17th. Spoke to the front desk and they were rude. Asked to speak to a supervisor and the person said “ I am the supervisor “. Used to travel to Asbury Park and stay in this hotel. Never again- $670 for nothing!

− The price for parking is insane, even for s beachfront property. Also, the cafe didn't open until 8:30am, so if you're an early riser, you have to go off property for breakfast.

8.0Spacious room and very clean. Very accessible for the elderly (travelled with my 92 yo mom). Lots of convenient amenities within the hotel (cafe, shop, outdoor eating).
− the toast with Nutella and strawberry and toast with honey and (cheese?) was very poorly made. these are simple treats that can be made more appetizing by one simple thing - using better bread and spreading it more carefully.
