8.0Der Pam Supermarkt in der Nähe. Die Aufzüge waren schnell Der Service der Mitarbeiter in der Lobby
− Wir haben jeden Schritt von den oberen Zimmer gehört, das war sehr sehr sehr störend. In dem Zimmer wurde ein Raumspray benutzt, sehr sehr störend. Die Bettwäsche wurde mit Duft eingesprüht, danach hat sie gestunken. Der Duft in der Lobby war zu intensiv. Die Zimmer waren eng, warum haben die Nachtschränke kein zweites Fach Keine Möglichkeit Jacken im Zimmer aufzuhängen. Nach dem Bezahlen gab es eine Nachricht , das es eine freiwillige 5 % Servicegebühr berechnet wird . Sehr unseriös. Im Frühstückdraum war oft sehr laut. das quietschen und kratzen der Stühle hat gestört. An den Wänden und Decken sollten schall schluckende Elemente angebracht werden. So war es sehr ungemütlich, Das Rührei war trocken und schwamm in einer wässrigen Suppe, sah nicht lecker aus. Ich habe bei der Buchung um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage drückt über dem Eingang. Das war alles andere als ruhig, es war sehr laut.
Prenotazione confermata, ma nessuna camera disponibile
4.0− La mia prenotazione era stata confermata e pagata, ma in tarda serata sono stato contattato telefonicamente e informato che la camera non era disponibile. Mi è stato riferito che il problema dipendeva dalla prenotazione effettuata tramite Booking. Non mi è stata però concretamente fornita una sistemazione alternativa e ho trascorso gran parte della notte cercando autonomamente una camera disponibile a Roma. Sono poi arrivato allo Starhotels Metropole, altra struttura della stessa catena, dove sono rimasto negli spazi comuni dalle prime ore del mattino fino alla tarda mattinata. Solo successivamente mi è stato consentito di utilizzare temporaneamente una camera per riposarmi e fare una doccia, per la quale mi sono stati addirittura richiesti €90. Un’esperienza per me molto negativa, soprattutto perché ero un cliente abituale Starhotels e iscritto al programma I AM STAR.

9.0Hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het Vaticaan. Goede restaurants in de buurt. Kamer was ruim en comfortabel. Het personeel was fantastisch! Beleefd, vriendelijk en ongelooflijk behulpzaam. Op de dag van ons vertrek xas onze vlucht geannuleerd. Het hotel was helaas volgeboekt. De mensen van de receptie alsook de manager hebben hun uiterste best gedaan om een oplossing te vinden.
