9.0A localização é simplesmente excelente. Fica perto de praticamente tudo, com muitos restaurantes ao redor e fácil acesso à estação, ao Coliseu e à Fontana di Trevi. Para conhecer Roma e fazer tudo a pé, é uma localização muito conveniente. O ponto mais fraco foram os quartos, que são pequenos. Na nossa primeira acomodação, inclusive, colocaram 4 camas juntas em um quarto que havia sido anunciado para 4 adultos, o que não funcionou bem para nós. Depois de conversarmos com a equipe, eles resolveram a situação e nos colocaram em um quarto família muito mais confortável. O café da manhã era bom, mas bastante padrão para um hotel desse tipo. Por outro lado, o atendimento foi excelente. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa durante toda a estadia, guardou nossas malas, sempre se oferecia para ajudar e até nos ofereceram água gelada quando chegamos cansados e com calor. Apesar de alguns pontos da estrutura não terem me impressionado tanto, o atendimento fez muita diferença. No geral, foi uma ótima estadia e uma boa opção para quem prioriza localização.
