− Room was like a oven and didn't sleep for 2 days ,heard at least 5 other people complain about it ,obviously its the building but definitely put me off staying here again

7.0Good food & service in the restaurant . Breakfast was good. Clean. Great location.
− No parking & confusing info about this given. Our room was at the top of the hotel, about 5 floors up & there wasn't a lift! So that was exhausting especially in the heat wave. Also being at the top our room was constantly boiling. Tho a fan was supplied in their defence. The room was satisfactory & clean on arrival but wasn't serviced the whole time we were there(3 nights). I didn't tick the no service box for a drink on the app. The shower was very poor. On our last morning there was no water at all! Out of the hotels hands I realise but they should have informed people & delivered a bottle of water to each room so we could at least wash or clean our teeth. The restaurant did have water however tho there were other issues, no fruit juice, which my husband asked twice for & there had been no boiling water for the tea since we arrived so we had to ask for that too. Both of which could have been sorted. There was plenty of staff but no one seemed to be doing anything. There seemed to be a general lack of info given all round. We would eat here if in the area but sadly not stay over night again, too many issues for us.
Great location but room was expensive for the size and tired appearance

− No loo roll in room on arrival and room was extremely room. No dog bowls provided . Unable to open widows more, limited ventilation.
