− Frühstück miserabel, Badaustattung (keine Tablare, keine Haken, Armaturen sehr verkalkt), ganztags Touristen-Touren durch den Garten und auch am Pool, beim Check-Out wurden wir praktisch komplett ignoriert und es wurde nicht gefragt, wie wir den Aufenthalt fanden (das Handy war wichtiger), Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht

− My room was above the restaurant, the bar and the cigar room with music every night until after 11 pm… the breakfast was advertised from 7:30 am… I tried to get breakfast on the second day but they did not open till 8 pm… when I arrived there was no tea or coffee in the room…. and the Jacuzzi bath did not work…. I booked and paid for three days and I informed the hotel I will be leaving after two days…. I had to rebook my flight…. They said that because it was a third-party booking I would have to contact Booking.com and request a credit. If you are drinker of good wine and a smoker of fine cigars and enjoy excessive eating then this is your place… providing you do not stay there…It seems like a run down vestige of the British empire that is desperately in need of Restoration and refurbishment. Only one of the swimming pools had water in it….
Overall enjoyed our stay very much.
9.0Enjoyed our breakfast very much. Enjoyed the privacy of our Presidente room and balcony! Appreciated the access to downtown and the beach.
− The design of the shower was odd since the opening on the end allowed water to splash out to the toilet area. One of the bedside reading lamps would not work. Got a light bulb from the desk but lamp still did not work. There was only 1 bar of soap to share with the shower and sink. No cream for the coffee.
