6.0I felt safe when I stayed, and couldn’t find anyone else cheaper in Horsham. The building is spectacular but the conditions need to be considered. I suggest to stay one night first and think if stay longer.

2.0Bed was old tri bed, bad matress and just a sheet and blanket. Freezing cold all night. Food options I didn’t see any food options
