9.0The coffee & water facilities are great! Staff are ever so pleasant and a great hit for the establishment! The downstairs lounge is a welcome facilities, when one doesn't wish to cooped up in the room. The rates are higher than others, that's the only snag.

Misleading room description, disappointing stay and unsatisfactory complaint handling.
1.0− We paid €589 for two nights and were extremely disappointed with the accommodation. The room we were assigned was located in the basement, with small windows at street level and no city view, contrary to what was advertised on Booking.com. The room did not match the photographs or description that influenced our decision to book. It was also noticeably humid and poorly soundproofed. We could clearly hear people passing through the corridor with their suitcases, despite the room being advertised as soundproof. What made the experience even more disappointing was the handling of our complaint. After contacting management, we were refused any partial refund. Instead, we were offered a discount on a future stay and subsequently loyalty points worth approximately €132, usable within their hotel network. We found this response unsatisfactory, as we were requesting compensation for accommodation that did not meet the advertised expectations, not an incentive to book another stay. For almost €300 per night, the quality of the room and the customer service fell well below our expectations. Unfortunately, we will not return.
