有陽台，不過沒什麼城市風景。
8.0離天神地下街很近 樓下不過大馬路就有7-11、鳥貴族、壽司朗、拉麵及簡餐便當類等商店
− 位置太小，要舖小床都沒位置了(三人住宿)，除非要移桌子。

− 한여름에 도보로 레지던스를 찾아오는 대부분의 손님들은 셀프 체크인하는 동안 땀 샤워를 해야 합니다. 현관 입구 설비가 아쉬웠습니다. 가족들은 너무 센 바람이 나오는 드라이기 컴플레인을 많이 했습니다. 헤어에 예민한 분들은 드라이기 지참하시기 바랍니다.
