10.0Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Es war ein sehr schönes Ambiente im.Hotel und in allen Aufenthaltsräumen. Das Essen war köstlich. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

8.0館内がとても静かで雰囲気が良くとても落ち着いて食事が出来食後も囲炉裏の火や外のロケーションもとても良く本当にリラックス出来ました。
− 唯一お風呂が残念でした。 私もお風呂を楽しみにしていたのですが一緒に行った友人はいつも長風呂なのですが直ぐ出て来ていました。

For the price that I pay, it is not value for money. I hv stay in much nice ryokan for the same or lower price in Japan.
6.0The staff were courteous and helpful. The dinner was exquisite and delicious.
− The onsen was rather disappointing, outdoor onsen was very small and without nice scenery or landscape. The beds are not comfortable. The ryokan is a distance away from the station and yet does not provide shuttle service.
