9.0Très belle chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée. Personnel très accueillant et très serviable. très bien situé pour visiter Gravina. Très bon petit déjeuner
− Parking un peu compliqué dans la ville. Il ne faut pas s'aventurer avec une voiture dans les rues de la vieille ville (sauf si vous avez une smart :)). Mais l'hôtel n'est en rien responsable de cela. Je le mentionne pour information.

− L'impatto: il gestore non aveva ancora ricevuto il saldo, che io avevo pagato 5 giorni prima del mio arrivo. Davvero spiacevole! Al punto da farmi pensare di non usare Booking per il futuro.

8.0Our host, Nico, was able to move us to a suite that didn’t have many steps. He really made a great effort to see to our comfort. We have a very enjoyable stay.
− Driving through the old city is a challenge. With Nico’s help, we managed. Make sure you have a VERY small car if you do drive.
