4.0The staff were friendly and the food in the pub was good. But the room was really old and a bit yucky on the floor near the toilet. Dripping tap in bathroom. No facility to eat in your room at all. Coffee mugs didn't look clean

10.0The check in was a breeze. As for the road access to the parking area was so bad with dangerous very large potholes. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you to the staff.

6.0We have stayed here before as family live near by. The hotel is old ,beds are comfortable ,but things like water pressure are very bad . So much so that toilet unable to be flushed for 12 hrs. Lock in door problematic several times and staff had to be called to open it several times . Staff were lovely and genuinely helpful. This is our third stop of always 3-4 nights.
