10.0We had been waiting over 4 hours to get checked in the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel but job related. Darnell B. checked in our luggage and told us to go get something to eat. We got back and he helped tending to us while the check in cleark proceeded. He offered water and did whatever was possible to help out. I finally got to my room and the TV did not work. I saw him and he assured me he would take care of it. Yes he did. I found out he had only been on the job for a very short time. I would have never guessed. He was so calm, professional, and willing to help. He's a jewel! Keep him!
