Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die auch gerne hilft mit guten Tipps für Touren oder Ausflüge oder auch mal schnell ein Tuc-Tuc organisiert. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und die Ruhe sind einmalig. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück (Aufpreis) ist gut.

− Im Zimmer hat es zwar einen Schrank, doch der ist verschlossen. Es fehlt folglich an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Dusche bringt nur wenig warmes Wasser. Wenn man bereit ist für die Aussicht zu bezahlen ist der Preis ok, doch nur für die Unterkunft selbst ist der Preis zu hoch.

la ubicación excelente a una cuadra de la plaza principal. la atención de maría victoria, muy formal y pendiente mucho de que estuviéramos cómodos. con un balcón y una mirada hacia las montañas espectacular.

− No me gusto que no tenga parqueadero. Aunque el carro lo dejamos afuera y no ubo ningún inconveniente ya que jardín es muy seguro.

La proximité avec le centre de ville, le calme et la vue depuis la chambre . Maria et Paula sont deux hôtes très sympathique et volubiles. Elles ont été de très bons conseils pour choisir nos activités. Super séjour

Nothing at all. This property is entirely unsuitable for pet owners or anyone seeking a private stay. Avoid at all costs.

− The property listing is grossly misleading. It fails to disclose that the rear balcony is a shared space with zero privacy, which is a significant omission of material fact. Furthermore, the "pet-friendly" designation is a complete fabrication in practice. Upon arrival, we were informed of the following unacceptable conditions: The presence of an aggressive, territorial resident dog that makes common areas inaccessible. A requirement to remain confined to our room for the duration of the stay to avoid conflict. A bizarre policy requiring us to carry our dog in our arms and "check-out" with staff every time we exited the room. To make matters worse, the on-site staff member was unprofessional, hostile, and demonstrably dishonest. She attempted to extort a 100% cancellation fee for the first night—a claim that was quickly debunked as a lie by Booking.com representatives, who confirmed the actual policy is 50%. We opted to forfeit the 50% fee and leave immediately rather than subject ourselves to such a toxic environment.

We booked this room for the view and it did not disappoint, absolutely stunning balcony to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings and wildlife. Just to be clear the room is in the host’s house but she is extremely friendly and a great character (lots of chat and laughs) - she gave us really good information on Jardin and also booked our tour to the cave which was amazing (highly recommended the tour). You can’t actually use the kitchen anymore but the host’s helper (a lovely Venezuelan girl) will cook for you for a reasonable price - we had breakfast one morning which was delicious (arepas cooked by a Venezuelan 🤌🏼). For us, staying with a local in an authentic house is what makes a trip so much more memorable, we will be coming back next year.

− The kitchen shouldn’t really be in the description as it’s not actually available for use (you can make a sandwich but no cooking meals etc.). No coffee/tea maker in the room as in the description. The owner watches TV a little loud sometimes late at night but I am a very fussy sleeper (my girlfriend hardly noticed). Other than that we had no issues and loved the experience overall.
