8.0Amazing room, hotel was smashing, location was excellent. Brilliant views of the famous Clifton bridge.
− Not much. They could leave the outside terrace open a bit later in the nice weather months.

− Don’t think the staff were that friendly Didn’t apologise when we checked out for the false fire alarm that woke us at 4am and didn’t ask if we had a nice stay
