8.0Location comoda e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Camere pulite ed abbastanza spaziose. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione.

Overall disappointing
4.0The location of the hotel is very close to the main square which is home to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. However, it is a very poorly lit and uneven cobble stone street which does have a slightly uneasy feel but we were assured by staff it was safe. The staff were amenable and polite.
− Overall the hotel was a huge disappointment. I was travelling with an older parent and we both felt the hotel was highly and unfairly overpriced and very basic. The breakfast was poor and unorganised, the room was deceivingly smaller than what was in the pictures and outdated and its location was not easily accessible or appealing. When we checked in we had to request toilet paper for the room, when cleaning the room our used towels were removed and not replaced and when having breakfast many items such as cutlery, milk, etc were not available and had to be requested. We would unfortunately not recommend.

− Frühstücksraum nicht zu gross und somit sind Engpässe vorprogrammiert. Hygienebereich für Frühstücksraum kann verbessert werden und Instruktion der Bedienung inkl. Prioritätensetzung kann hier hilfreich sein. Duschen mit schwankendem Druck, ist eine Sache, jedoch die hohen Temperaturenachwankungen, die andere Sache.
